How it works

Paste a restricted key from your own Stripe account, scoped to Checkout Sessions only — no onboarding flow, nothing else in your account is exposed.

knit.bio creates a Stripe Checkout Session directly on your account for the exact amount; funds settle straight to your Stripe balance.

Card checkout is also what unlocks the full digital store experience (secure file delivery after payment).

    Create a restricted key

    In your Stripe Dashboard → API keys, create a restricted key with Checkout Sessions set to Write and every other permission left as None.

    In Settings → Integrations → Stripe, paste the key and connect.
