The unified ledger
One feed across every source of income, never double-counted, never summed across currencies.
How it works
The Ledger pulls together everything you’ve actually been paid, or are owed, from four places at once: Deals (counted only once they reach Invoiced or Paid — an earlier-stage deal is a forecast, not booked income), Store orders (paid ones only), Affiliate payouts, and one-off manual entries for anything with no source of its own, like a platform bonus, a tip, or a licensing fee.
Anything past its own due or expected date with nothing recorded against it shows as overdue, using the same rule regardless of which of the four sources it came from — no source gets a pass.
Totals are computed per currency and never summed across them — a creator paid in ₹ and $ sees two totals side by side, not one number that means nothing.

Review the feed
Filter by source or currency to see exactly where your income is coming from.

Add a manual entry
Log anything with no source of its own — a bonus, a tip, a one-off licensing fee — and mark it expected or received.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Don’t log a deal here before it’s Invoiced or Paid — an earlier-stage deal already shows up in Forecast, and logging it in both would double it.
- Reach for a manual entry only for income with nowhere else to live — deals, store orders, and affiliate payouts already feed this ledger on their own.
