Sharing a report with a brand

A public link with your real numbers, revocable any time.

How it works

Any deal can generate a public report link — something to send instead of a screenshot, that a brand can reopen whenever they want proof of what a campaign delivered.

The link itself is the authorisation: a long random token, not a guessable ID. Resetting it is the entire revocation model — the old link 404s the moment you do, with no “this was revoked” message that would tell a stranger the link ever existed.

Per-post numbers (reach, likes, comments) are cached, not fetched live on every anonymous view, and the report shows an honest “measured on …” date. A metric Instagram didn’t return shows as “—”, never as 0, so a gap in the data never quietly understates a campaign.

The report deliberately leaves out anything that isn’t the brand’s business: your contact email, your private notes, and every other deal on your books.

Set it up

  1. 1

    Open the deal

From the board, list, or Requests tab, open the deal you want to share.

  2. 2

    Copy or share the link

Generate the report link from the deal’s drawer and send it instead of a screenshot.

  3. 3

    Refresh the numbers before sending

Pull fresh metrics so the “as of” date on the report reads current.

  4. 4

Reset the link when you’re done

Once the relationship or campaign has wrapped, reset it — there’s no reason to leave read access open.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Reset the link once an agency or a one-off partner has what they need. A forwarded link you forgot about is exactly the failure this feature exists to prevent.
  • Refresh the metrics right before you send a link — a report that says “measured 3 months ago” reads very differently from one measured today.
